Hotel Room Sales - Ms Reed has landed multiple 6 figured negotiated rooms contracts with Oil, Gas & Energy Companies. Sales is her first love and she has excelled in Corporate & Leisure Sales. 

Hotel Operations - Ms Reed has recruited, hired, trained and led dynamic teams who have collectively earned perfect 10 Medallia Scores in record time.  She has cut labor costs by as much as 50% by setting expectations, training, motivating and supervising hand picked staff. 

Guest Reviews - In 2025 Ms Reed managed a Hampton Inn Team who did not have a single complaint or guest review lower than a perfect 10 during her contract.  She places all of the credit on her HB2 employees who blossomed under her careful guidance.
